- Off Season rates are Available between the 1st of October and the 3oth of April (excluding public holidays and long weekends)
- Extra people camping outside huts will be charged the powered camping rate
- EFTPOS is available.
- NO PERSONAL CAMPFIRES are permitted at Barn Hill.
- Check out is 10 am and check in is 1 pm.
- We are happy to offer a late check out when available.
Terms and Conditions
Bookings
- We reserve the right to cancel any bookings not confirmed by a deposit.
- FULL advance payment is required for bookings made on long weekends or the July school holidays. This must be made within 14 days of placing booking.
Cancellations
If you cancel your Booking, then the following cancellation policy applies:
- If you cancel your Booking more than 72 hours before the Standard Time on your Arrival Date, you will receive a full refund EXCEPT for high season bookings.
- Bookings made in the high season times (July school holidays and long weekends) are fully refundable if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellation after this date will incur a 50% loss of total payment OR total stay in the case of one night bookings.
- If you cancel your Booking less than 72 hours before the Standard Arrival Time on your Arrival Date, you forfeit your Deposit, which is equal to the cost of the first night of your Booking.
- The forfeited Deposit cannot be transferred to another date, or placed in credit for future use without written consent from Barn Hill.
- Once you have checked in, if you make changes to your Booking, such as leave early, you will forfeit the full amount set out in your Booking. This is, you will not receive a refund for nights unused.
